I've been inactive for a while, and need help getting back on track to reaching my fitness goals. Feel free to add me, give pointers, or drop a little motivation...

    Hello!

    I was inactive for 10 years and got serious about 18 months ago. I'm 5'11" and started at 165 lbs. Now Im at 195 lbs and my goal is a lean 205.

    I'm happy to help motivate... what are your goals?

    I'm trying to gain as well. My ideal weight would be within the range of 175 and 200. Anywhere between there would be good for me. I'm also working on muscle tone but not trying to be Mr. Olympia.

    I really had to change my diet to put on the muscle I wanted. I have a really fast metabolism and just wasn't taking in enough calories to fuel muscle growth the way I wanted. Are you taking a weight gainer or any supplements?
