heirloom spinach

has anyone used Heirloom Spinach? (beautiful small leaved n purple) I bought some today n want to use it instead of regular spinach.. What do you think?

I don't think it's actually spinach. They call Orache "purple spinach" sometimes because it looks and tastes like spinach. Marketing!! But the good news is you can prepare it just like spinach. When it's young it's very mild, as it ages the flavor gets stronger and can sometimes taste a little salty. How weird is that?
