Hey Everyone!
I started on 7/6 and I'm down 10.2# ... Been doing between 1200- 1500 daily and I have never been happier. I finally realized I was my own worst enemy ... I don't look at this as a diet, it's a way of life now.
This week I add in my aqua classes at the gym in Tues and Thurs and then walking with some friends on Mon Tues & Wed ... I can't wait to fast forward 6 months to see how I have progressed!
