Newbie losing 50lbs.

Hi I'm Megan. I'm 27, and after 10 years of on and off dieting I'm ready to lose my excess weight for good.
I've just started my journey and weighed in at 100.9kgs (222lbs). My current goal weight is 79kgs (174lbs) which is still overweight for my height (I'm 165/5"5) so I will reevaluate once I get closer.
I currently take pole dancing classes 4-5x a week, so I know my weight gain is purely due to my poor eating habits. I need to stop being so lazy and start cooking my meals!
Please add me so that we can stay accountable together and motivate each other as we get fit and healthy!

I'm currently 256 and also losing fifty pounds my eating habits have been out of control after I turned 5p in February. I'm working out 4-5 days a week for 50 minutes taking vitamins and doing weigh ins with an md on a weekly basis. As a divorced mom I need motivation and encouragement I'm here to gain just that!0
