Hi everyone.

I am back on MFP since 4 years ago.I joined back in July of 2012,and quit on December of 2012 because I felt that it wasn't working for me.However,I kept gaining weight after that and I miss MFP,and I am ready to give it another try 4 years later.I am serious about losing the weight this time.I turn 30 in October, and it's now or never! Hope to make some new friends on this journey.

I used MFP too before and lost 30 pounds and since I've gained 60. I'm ready to make a LIFESTYLE change.

Welcome back, lau! Counting calories and logging exercise is one of the best ways to keep yourself accountable and ensure that you're meeting your bodies needs. I hope you have a better time this go around!

Same!!! I'm really looking for some accountability. Back in 2014, my friend, sister and I start using MFP and it was great to have a group, but by the end of the year, it was just me losing weight by myself. I went from 198 all the way down to 161. It took me a year to lose that 37 pounds. Then, last October I dislocated my kneecap right near the holidays!! I also got married im February. So, I was out of commission for 3 months, had the holiday food in my face AND was super stressed out over wedding details. So, needless to say that in 5 months, I gained everything back plus 15 pounds. It pisses me off because it'll probably take yet another year to get back.

So, I'm back in action and would love some new friends on MFP that will hold me accountable and for me to hold them accountable as well.

So feel free to add me!

I've been on here, off and now back. I gained some weight back and it's taught me I need to track my food even once I hit my goal. All about a lifestyle change.

Feel free to add me...that goes for anyone else too.
This is my second go at MFP as well. Very good success the first time but got too confident and thought I was invincible so I stopped logging my food and exercise. Won't make that mistake again.
