Hello everyone

My first post on this forum so might as well make it informative

I have been weight lifting for 4 years

With much trail and error I finally figured out how to control my weight either thro bulking or cutting I can go from fat to ripped or ripped to fat or fat to bulked

Everyone can do it you just need to understand how your body works

I'm gna post The best diet I had the most clean and lean Gaines on and my sixpack actually got ripped it is as follows

Breakfast : pro-complex gainer from ON 1 scoop

After 1 hour

4 egg whites and cottage cheese with rusks and 4 turkey slices with a tablet of optimen multivitamins

Lunch : 3 boneless boiled chicken breasts with 1 small baked potato and green salad with orange juice
OR
Steamed fish fillets with steamed vegetables and brown rice

meal 3 : 2 cups of whole grain cornflakes and zero fat milk

Meal 4 : tuna can with brown rusks and a cup of fruits

Meal 5 protein shake gold standard

Meal 6 : repeat meal lunch

Meal 7 : fruits with fresh squeezed juice and one tablet of multivitamins

You can play around with this diet but as you can see it is super clean bulking diet

It takes commitment cause as time goes by you will get tired from eating clean

Do weight training for 4 days max a week and abs for 2 to 3 times a week with weights

I personally run for 30 minutes every other day on the treadmill after my workout for 3 days max a week

And I do 1 hour of kickboxing on the weekend to keep my cardiovascular up

Hope some of you will get benefit from this thread

So are you going to explain how that works and why it's the best? It looks super boring to me. I'm also not sure what makes it "clean" as much of your intake is from processed powders. Kinda odd.

Also, since calories are the most important, it's kinda hard to lay out a blanket recommendation diet.

I am glad that you found something that works for you.

I am pretty sure that your diet will not work for me. I am 5 foot 0 inches and probably weigh a lot less than you. It also looks like it lacks a lot ice cream which I am fond of! I am going to run a bulk soon and I anticipate a slight increase in my ice cream consumption.

If you like what you are doing go for it! I do have one criticism for your diet though - it looks like you are eating low fat - unless the fish fillets you are eating are a fatty one or you are adding some fat with your veggies. Fat is needed for absorption of fat soluble vitamins, some hormones, cell membranes.

I never actually used the classic bulk and cut routine

I use the shrink wrap effect way more effective for me

actually, we are all pretty much the same when it comes to bulking/adding muscle..

    eat in a calorie surplus
follow a structured lifting program with progressive overload
make sure that you hit micros and macros

    the end...
