Does anyone know how many calories I should add for nursing a baby who is also taking solids?

Between 300 and 500. Kellymom says a nursing mother can safely restrict to 1500-1800 calories a day without affecting supply. I've never had an issue losing weight or supply following that recomendation1

When I was nursing my daughter I consumed about 1700-1900 calories. My supply didn't suffer and I lost weight.1

I currently consume 1600 and nurse my 13 month old who eats solids.1
