Hello! Recently put on a lot of weight. I want to lose about 70lbs. Changed up my eating habit and I'm working out 60mins a day. I'm also training for MMA. My trainer just wants me to lose 50 lbs before I step into the ring...I'm also trying to run daily for an hour to boost my cardio!
