Weighing food

I'm stuck on this: I'm going to throw a small rack of pork rib tips in the slow cooker this morning. Just using salt and pepper to season them. When I eat them after they are cooked, do I weigh them with the bone in or just the meat to get the correct amount of calories?

Weigh the whole then weigh the bones.....minus total from bones2

If it were me, I'd weigh what you actually plan on eating without the bones.... or weigh it before you eat it with the bones (if the meat doesn't easily come off) and then weigh the bones once you are done to get the actual meat weight of what you consumed.1

OK...so just the meat. It should just fall off the bones being in the slow cooker all day. Thank you!0
