hard to hit them I am currently cutting

Skinny build
15% bf mainly held on stomach


I am currently eating 1,500 kcals cutting 1000 of maintenance (2,470) any help with macros

    Why are you cutting? Sounds like you should be bulking or recomping. 1000 calorie deficit for your size is too aggressive.

    For macro: Protein: .85 to 1 gram of protein per pound of body-weight. Fat: .35 to .45 grams per pound and the reminder in carbs.

    No & no. You're young and primed for muscle growth, use that to your advantage. Also too aggressive of a deficit will likely lead to more muscle loss.

    I am around15 percent like I said I was looking to get around 10 to see abs i dropped by so much as my football season starts on August 22 and will be on maintainins kcals then I wanted to lower bfp to be more efficient on the pitch as at the moment my levels in terms of fitness are not a high high level. Can you help? What would you suggest? Thanks
