What I have learned!

I am a busy mom of 4 teenagers, I have found the time to work out. Lost 60lbs - put 12 back on - lack of motivation first half of this year!!! Back on it. The first part of the weight loss was easy.

I started training for my first half and I let me food slide, thinking that it was too hard to monitor everything. My half marathon was in a monsoon and it was a miserable experience. Took 3 EASY LAZY months which equaled the weight gain!

NOT bad enough that I have given up - I start training in 6 weeks for my 2nd half, I really want to get my eating cleaned up and on point!!!

My hardest part is food planning for 6 people - 3 teenage boys and a husband that eat large amounts of food and everything in site and they don't gain weight. I grocery shop for the week and my grocery bill is more than my mortgage!

I have determined that I need to work out MORE efficiently and with more INTENSITY. You must add in a variety of exercise!! Weights are a must!!!

I would like some new friends, recipe ideas, lunch ideas, etc....
