Dieting with health issues

I have just been diagnosed with hypothyroidism, which probably started after having my second child. I'm still breastfeeding and I work out from 30 min to as much as 3 hours a day (swimming, aerobics, and yoga, not including playing with kids and housework). Having a 2 yr old and an 8 month old keeps me pretty busy as well. If it helps, I'm 5'5" and currently 156 lbs.
I also have fibromyalgia and really bad oral allergy syndrome, which makes proper nutrition through eating very difficult (allergic to fruits, vegetables, nuts, some grains, and various artificial things).
I'm trying to find the healthiest way for me to lose weight without being undernourished. I'm trying to stick to around 1500 calories/day, and trying to be lower carb (more protein, dairy). I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions or useful tips I could incorporate.
Thank you!

Check out Autoimmune Paleo (Dear trolls, I am NOT a disciple, just a fibro sufferer that this is helping). Start with that, delete foods you are allergic to, add back the ones you can tolerate. I am having really good luck with a macronutrients ratio of about 50% high quality fat 25-30% protein (don't limit yourself to very lean meats), and the rest carbs from mostly vegetables and a little fruit. There are tons of websites with good recipes. Just remember to adapt to your particular food issues. For example, I can't do bananas, so I substitute canned pumpkin in some recipes, and it works fine. Take what you can use and develop your own plan.

I love this site, because scrupulously logging is helping me identify trigger foods and activities.
