Late nights...early mornings?

I have an issue. It's called I love my bed lol. My boyfriend and I work late nights, most nights we are finally getting to be at 2-3am. I sometimes go to bed early at midnight. The problem is that are work days start at 11am. Most days we are up around 9am and it's enough time for both of us to get showered and ready to get to work. It seems my body needs at least 6-7 hrs of sleep (not a mom yet!) How do I get the motivation to get out of bed an hour or an hour and half earlier to work out? Sleep ALWAYS wins. ) I am a Zumba instructor and dance teacher so I'm definitely not inactive, I just need to get other workouts in and feel as if I lose valuable time sleeping...thoughts?

I just set the alarm every day. And then get up. It sucks, but I feel great when I'm done.

You can try putting your alarm clock across the room so that way you have to get up to turn it off.

I never work out in the mornings. I just do it after work.

I usually get to bed around 10 or 1030 and I'm up at 430am for the gym. Most days it's hard not to snooze right through it, but the days I go I feel so much better. The days I skip I end up feeling like a giant turd because I skipped the gym since I don't have time to workout after work.

this. I'm not a morning person, and I have to get 8-9 hours of sleep every night. I still have a hard time waking up to my alarm! But every morning it's set for 5:20 (4:30 on Mondays), and I get up and get it done!!! I always feel so good after my morning workout, and I'm more pumped for the day!!! Getting up initially sucks, but you'll feel better once you're up and you've exercised :)
