Work in catering

So I do well all week but Saturday-Monday I work in catering, surrounded by HIGH calorie food - that I can eat as much of as I want, for FREE! I've been doing MFP for 10 days now...I lost 1lb the first week (weighing again tomorrow) but I've started doing more exercise now - however I have Crohn's disease so my food options are very limited! And exercise can be hard due to easy exhaustion. But I've managed three 10 minute Pilate DVD work outs, three 10 minutes of jogging and a swimming session this week - also off to play tennis tomorrow. So after all this hard work, how do I avoid temptation at work this weekend?!?

Also it sounds like I've lost hardly any weight but my clothes are getting loose around my stomach :)
