Any advice for fat loss or general tips powerlifter here need to lose some timber

    Consider increasing your protein as you try to cut weight. It may (or may not) help you maintain muscle mass even if upping it puts you over the common 0.8 grams per pound recommendation. Other than that just count calories.

    You've never cut? Eat 500 less than your TDEE...I promise you you're strong enough to cope ;)

    Dude, we all hate cutting weight. Are you trying to hit a certain weight class or just trying to cut back a bit? I don't compete so I cut very slowly and jack up my protein intake to some pretty high levels. It works wonders for me in terms of maintaining strength.

    Yes I'm 310lbs so that's 138kg I want to hit 125 kg so that's 19st 6 or 275 if your american by September if I go to 145kg I'm against the world record holder so that's no happening in my debut I'm might up the protein lowering the dirty carbs but a pappa John's opened last Sunday so I'm fffcd
