I made an account awhile back under a different username. I deleted that account and decided to come back here. I have about 30-35 lbs to lose. I'm on a low sugar diet. I have an autoimmune disease. I recently read an article that says sugar contributes to inflammation. I'm trying ways to eat better. I also have high triglycerides. Any ways on how to lower triglycerides? I go on walks 5 days a week.
