Pokemon Go Workout Challenge

I made up a workout to play when you are catching Pokemon, but works way better if you are walking with someone catching Pokemon. *Hint*: you make it really good if whoever is playing uses an incense.

For every Pokemon caught:
-10 jump squats
-10 speed skaters
-specific level exercise:
If it's a green Pokemon, add:
-10 bicycle crunches each side (20 total)

If it's an orange Pokemon, add:
-10 push ups

If it's a red Pokemon, add:
-10 tuck jumps

For every monument/Poke stop reached:
-20 split jumps

For every gym battle session:
-do the following sequence 10 times, rest 15 seconds and then repeat:
-left forward lunge, squat, right forward lunge, squat

In a 45 minute walk, I did: 60 split jumps, 160 jump squats, 160 speed skaters, 60 push-ups,
60 bicycle crunches, 30 tuck jumps, and around 30 lunge/squat sequences. Burned a total of around 250 calories.

Now, what should I do on the next walk!?!

This is a fun idea!!! Hubby and I have been getting tons of walking in catching them - today I did squats whenever I was waiting for him to catch something (he's slower than me lol).
