Low fat Pesto

I can't believe l have discovered a low fat low carb version of pesto for 1/2 and 1/2 pasta and spiralized zuccini. I used Ajvar which is a creamy relish made of eggplant and capsicum. I mixed it with some low fat ricotta cheese...added some boiling water to thin it out and also heat it up....and wallah....pesto sauce without the oil. Could also add garlic..parsley to spice it up a notch. Coming from an italian....it was yum !

    I made a low[er]-fat pesto last night as well! (coming from an American)
    --1/2 avocado
    --1 garlic clove (roasted would have been good too)
    --1/2 lime
    --~.5c fresh basil
    --handful of spinach
    --red pepper flakes, pepper, salt, garlic powder
    --~1tbsp almond milk
    With 1.5 zucchinis zoodled but raw, dinner ended up being <200 calories, with it heavily doused in creamy sauce!
