As long as I've been at this, and as motivated as I am, I should have already lost the weight I want to lose. Are you experiencing something similar? Let's keep each other accountable to help build self-discipline. Let's journey down a path to consistency together!!

This could be daily or weekly check-ins, etc.!

A little bit about myself:
I'm turning 30 in A couple of months.
I'm about 50 lbs overweight.
I don't have any children yet. I can imagine how much harder this would be when I do... so I'd really like to get a handle on all this now!
