How do I log HIIT?

MFP doesn't have HIIT listed in their catalog of cardio exercises. I've been logging it as "aerobics - high impact" Do you think that would be fairly accurate? Thanks!

For most people the calorie burn of HIIT would be reasonably low, and probably lower than any steady state exercise of even mild intensity for the same period. But that would vary with the type of HIIT intervals and how much power you are putting out for the work period. That gets tricky in a hurry if you are not using a machine or workout that has a clear power measure.
If calorie burn is actually a goal and not just a question, personally I'd choose steady state cardio over HIIT every time.0
