Monday:
Pick up the donut tongs and not grab a donut. 5 reps.

Tuesday:
10 reps of walking past the bowl of candy in the office community area.

Wednesday:
Rest

Thursday:
1 rep of saying "No thank you" to "Do you want fries with that?"

Friday:
Repeat donut workout.

Saturday:
Rest

Sunday:
Walk for 30 minutes, then open and close the fridge and pour a water instead of having a Coca Cola..
