Belly fat!!!!

Hi I am 27 and very small body frame. I hold all my weight in my stomach after 2 kids. All I want 2 do is lose my belly. I know diet is crucial to losing belly fat. I only drink water occasionally with fruit 1-2 a day. No sweets limited bread and pasta. I have lost 11lbs but I don't know where surely not in my belly. And I go to the gym 3 times a weeks. Help! What am I doing wrong

    You can't spot reduce. Belly fat is typically the last to go for most people.

    You are not doing anything wrong. As the previous member posted we can not spot reduce fat in the places we want. Unfortunately most woman (me included) store fat on their belly. I have lost 30 pounds and still have a pouch, so I totally understand your frustration. Just keep going, keep staying on your calorie goal and keep working out.

    Congrats on the 11 lbs and just keep it up. No matter what any Dr. on TV or article on the net says, you can't tell your body where to burn fat. You'll eventually get rid of it.
