Can you help me decide on exercise bike purchase?

Hello all. Hope you are having a fantastic day! I would like some help if possible. This is my first time posting in here so not sure what kind of response I will get but it has to be better than the help I got from my Facebook pals, LOL(no ill will, just many are older or have no clue and not on the same journey as I am).
Ok. So, I live in a smallish apartment now with my 2 sons. I already have a treadmill set up in my living room. I want an exercise bike but I fear there is no room. So I was looking into a compact, foldable, or mini cycle version. Also, since I am a single mom with no child support, my income is limited as well.
So here are my options:
https://www.amazon.ca/Impex-NS912-Marcy-Cardio-Cycle/dp/B0041GJ8XY/ref=sr_1_fkmr2_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1468866067&sr=8-1-fkmr2&keywords=compact+exercise+cycles
or
https://www.amazon.ca/North-American-Healthcare-Total-Exerciser/dp/B004FNISQ6/ref=pd_sim_200_2?ie=UTF8&dpID=41EagcMLO4L&dpSrc=sims&preST=_AC_UL160_SR160,160_&psc=1&refRID=YN5QHEDG5HM6CAF970NG
I guess what I need help with is deciding which one of these would be more stable for daily use, last longer, and have the best resistance to allow me to feel like I am getting a good enough work out to lose weight.
I do like the folding recumbent bikes(need back support as I have arthritis in my hip and back) but they are $200 for the cheapest.
If anyone has any experience with any of these types, please share with me. If you have any other ideas of similar equipment, I would love to hear.
Thank you all!
Melanie

Neither of those looks very durable.

Academy and other sport stores sells a 4 AA battery powered recumbent bike at around $150. I bought one because of my back problems.1 -
thanks, I'll check it out.0

I LITERALLY just ordered this bike and it came this morning. After it got put together, it's not small but it's not super large. I used it for an hour and it works GREAT! And it wasn't super expensive, either. It was $160 + free shipping.
