So, I am going to track my If it fits your macros (IIFYM) diet in here along with the progress I'm making in the gym. Everyone is welcome to get involved.

My main goal is to cut fat and retain muscle mass.

I'll be logging what I eat I eat in here most days and will also post some progress pics along the way.

My Macros goals are shown in the picture below.

    This is great. I just started focusing on macro's yesterday. It's al new to me. Would love to have folks to share ideas with and learn from. Feel free to add me.
