Exercise Calories

When is it too late to eat back your exercise calories? I ate back almost half of mine right after I worked out, but I'm still hungry after eating dinner. I have 159 calories left to use, so what should I do? Eat something or not eat something?

Once you have fallen asleep is probably too late. Other than that, anytime is fair game.

That's about the same time I stop eating as well.
If you are hungry, have a snack. There's no reason to stop eating any particular amount of time before bed, unless it gives you heartburn.0 -
I actually ended up eating 2tbsp of spinach dip and a few crackers.0
