Hello!!

Well, in December my coworkers and I decided to challenge one another and I lost 20lbs. Life happened the past month and I gained 5lbs back. Definitely ready to build back up a more healthy lifestyle. Been back at the gym and making better food choices. My biggest weakness..... sweets!!! Ha ha. But it starts with me.
Would love to have some encouragement and helpful ideas along the way!!
