Not Seeing the Progess Anymore

I've hit a wall with my weight loss. I changed up my diet and gym routine already and hit a wall again. I really want to be focused on losing body fat percentage. What would be the best way to see some progress again?

Make sure your food logging is as perfect as possible. This will mean weighing every single thing you eat and using the correct entries here in the data base, and then logging everything honestly and accurately. Use measuring cups for fluids only.
Do you eat back your exercise calories? If so how do you measure your burns and what percentage are you eating back?1 -
All of the above is great advice. I would also add, how long has it been since you've re-evaluated your calorie goal? If you've lost quite a bit of weight but still eating the same amount of calories, then you probably want to have MFP calculate a new goal for you. As you lose weight, your body needs less calories, so it's recommended to recalculate after every 10 lbs of loss or so.1
