Everyone is talking about how eating late at night doesn't have any ill-effects. For me, it does though. If I eat anything high in sugar or just carbs in general, I find it difficult to get to sleep and wake up in the morning tired with a headache.
So I guess it's a case-by-case kinda thing.0 -

Exactly, which is why people are also saying that individual condition may need to be taken into consideration (such as poor quality sleep or reflux). OP needs to find out if it will work in her situation or not.0
