Difficulty in staying motivated more than a few days

I have a month today until I go on leave and would like to eat as healthy, and exercise as regularly as possible because i would love to see what affect a month could have. I am not fat, but definitely don't look good... Height: 1,65m Weight: 50kg... Problem is I can never stick it out for more than a few days, sometimes I cheat every second day I often feel really guilty about it but it doesn't stop me from doing it the very next day or soon after.. Any one got any tips or suggestions to get me through ONE month? (At least)

You lack commitment. Till you actually commit yourself to actually doing it, you'll just playing it by ear. If I told you that you'd lose $10,000 at months end if you didn't stick with it, I'm sure you'd find a way to commit. You just have to think along those lines with the money being the incentive.

I have the same issue - I find weekends are my downfall, then I get on the scale on Tuesday and say "Oh my God, what happened?" Ninerbuff is on to something. Maybe we should both remember that just when we think we can be complacent, that's when we need to redouble our efforts!!!!0

You don't need to lose weight, but perhaps you'd see a benefit in increasing your exercise.
Walk everywhere. Walk to work, walk at lunch, walk after work.
Take the stairs.
Park at the far end of the parking lot when you do your grocery shopping and walk from there.
Walk to the grocery store from home if you can.
Climb more stairs.
Essentially, incorporate activity throughout your day, as a natural part of your day.
If you've got some weights at home, lift them and do some core work every other day.
Or maybe look into getting a 1-month membership at a local, easy-to-access gym.
Get on your bicycle and start riding around your neighbourhood.
Go swimming.
Do all that for a month, and you should see a difference.

You should be in a healthy weight range. My question is why do you feel you do "not look good"?
