Lose Weight, Gain Muscle. Support group

I've always been chubby every since I was a kid. I made a goal when I started college to lose weight and I lost 50 pounds or so. Now I am ready to make another change. I want to shed those last few pounds and gain muscle. A lot of muscle. I am 50 days in and starting to notice some changes but have a long way to go. If anyone else is trying to do the same thing and wants to friends me for support or just to *kitten* about how good those donuts looked at work add me!
