I had great success with MFP, even losing 115 pounds. However, I did not do well at maintaining and gained some weight back. I am now trying to get back down to my goal weight and then maintain it. I lost most of my weight by diet and running. Last November I ran my first Marathon but training for that got me into some bad eating habits. I was able to eat alot as I was burning many calories. However, once my running slowed down the weight started coming back which made running more difficult. I am starting back over with just a 5K trainer. This time my focus will be on maintaining.
