I've lost a significant amount of weight but I'm finding the last little bit to my goal is challenging me. I'm hoping to find a few new friends with open diaries. I would really like to know what other people are eating for helpful ideas. I try to keep my carbs under 100g per day. It doesn't always end up that way but I try. I exercise 5 days a week but need some new ideas sooooooo please help! Thanks!
