Need help staying motivated!!! :)

Hi! My name is Mel and I have been using MFP on and off for years. I am currently trying to get back into it in the hopes I can get back to the body I had 4 years ago, I was thin and muscular and I miss that body very much. My problem is that I was much more motivated back then, and had a lot more time on my hands. I am now a full time college student and I waitress up to 40 hours a week.
I really want to get back into going to the gym so I am looking for people on here to help me stay motivated. I also want to try and stay on top of logging my food. I have always had issues staying on top of that, as I experience really awful feelings of guilt sometimes if I have been eating really crappy that day :(
