    Awesome stuff. Did chest and tris today. Legs tomorrow. Growin them wheels. Love being in a surplus of calories for growth. 16 weeks of dieting was brutal.

    Early am Cardio and totally body circuit with free weights and plates/bar for an hour ending with more cardio. Just a normal day !!!!
