Hello. I'm new at this site and I would love to share my journey with friends. If youre out there, nita..give me ring.

Anyway, I was wondering if you guys stick with the daily calorie allowances this site gives you? I would like to increase mine to 1400 but not sure how to do it and hopefully I will lose weight on 1400. Any and all suggestions are welcomed. Thanks
