Feeling sad and lonely today

Struggling a bit tonight. I'm lonely since I just split up from a 3 year relationship. Turns out I really don't have anyone I can talk to.
I know I can message on here etc but I mean a friend I can call or text just for a chat. It's *kitten*

Hang in there lady bug!! I just left my husband of 10 years...Bought a new house and live by myself with my 2 boys (well we share visitation). I was lonely at first, but now I am embracing single motherhood. I am feeling empowered every day at my accomplishments. You got this girl!! See if you can find a group activity to meet friends. A zumba class, or a spinning class...You need to focus your attention on something positive, so you don't dwell on the negative and then regret a decision you make because you're feeling "lonely"...Chin up!! and hugs to you....3

I agree with spingirl605! Get out and get involved with a group activity. You might just make some new friends. Wishing you better days ahead ((hug)).1

**BIIIIIG HUGS**! I know the feeling- it's awful.
Take things a day at a time- make sure to take care of yourself. One of the best pieces of advice I had after relationship troubles was to take care of yourself as if you were sick or injured and need to heal. Even though it's not a physical wound, it hurts all the same.
If you're struggling in the diet sense- try to take care of yourself in other ways besides the stereotypical pint of ice cream. Take bubble baths, paint your nails, put on makeup and a cute outfit just because- even if nobody is going to see you. Listen to music that inspires you and makes you feel upbeat. Watch some comedies or your favorite TV show. Put on lots of body lotion that smells super good. Light some pretty candles and read a good book.
I think it's a prime time to figure out who YOU want to be. Make some goals. Try some new things. You might surprise yourself at how much you end up enjoying your own company.
You're going to be okay0
