Sprained Foot

Hi all. I sprained my foot (grade 2) about a week ago. Been in a brace with instructions from my Dr. to not do any exercises that will put stress on it for two more weeks.
I am an avid walker and have been working my way up to being able to jog for extended periods of time. I also love yoga, but every time I have tried getting through a practice since my injury, it has been too painful and I have to sit out. This time off is killing me!
Any suggestions on exercises I can try out without putting any strain on my foot?
