OMAD MEALS...ALL SUGGESTIONS ARE WELCOME!

I'm very new to OMAD's woe and am looking for what people eat to achieve weight/health success. I am ketogenic, but notice people are including carbs and other things, I consider off-limit, but are still losing a tremendous amount of weight from their meals.

    1200 calories is the mfp minimum...this sounds like a vlcd which is against guidelines.

    I'm 5'6", 60 years old, and my goal weight is 130 lbs. I researched the maintenance calories and it came back at 1650 per day. I think 1200 calories is not enough calories for me.
