Hello,
Before I spend the money I was wondering if anyone can tell me their experience utilizing the Orange Theory workout? Pros and cons would be appreciated. I have heard the workout is intense but, the cost is high. Let me know. TY.

I've been working out at OTF since March. I can see definite improvements in my overall stamina and health.

There 's a lot of weight training and I haven't been really counting calories until now, so I haven't seen a ton of weight loss. My clothes fit better and I'm sure I've lost inches though.

I've been going since March also. Endurance and strength have improved and I look forward to class. The instructor and music (in my opinion) can make or break the class. I'm fortunate that I live in an area where there are lots of studios. The heart rate monitor is not included in the class price.

I love OTF. I do things in there that I would never do on my own.

i did a 1 day trial of it when a friend invited me. The running process in the beginning is similar to how i already run, so i did like that and the aspect of seeing the heart rate monitor results. Also the group atmosphere i feel like it internally made me want to run harder. I ended up running 3.5 miles in the first 30 minutes of the running cardio. The last 30 minutes was their lifting aspect and that part i found to be underwhelming.

I think it's good for a random workout, but i think the price is pretty excessive for the opportunity to run hard on a treadmill a limited number of times per month.
