Heart Zone Question

I recently purchased a polar heart rate monitor and during my zumba class my heart rate stayed in the area of 150 nd 175, but as I learn about the different levels ,I thought I needed to stay in zone 2 and 3. I am so confused, I think my max heart rate is 190, I am 120lbs and 5'4". Can anyone help or explain.

Help...Please
I am just trying to get in shape and git rid of flabby belly, thighs, & butt and Zumba is working great, but I don't want to damage my heart or joints by over doing it three times a week and I have been doing this for three months now, burning around 600 calories each hour long class. I have noticed more endurance and the class is getting easier for me, but with such a high heart rate, does it mean I am still out of shape? My hubby thinks my numbers all wrong and the monitor must be wrong, but I have nothing to compare it to.0
