Trying to lose 10lbs

Hi! My name is Jade and I can't believe I'm actually writing this. It's because I've received the dreaded almost-Freshman 15, and I don't even drink! As a science student, I went from 104 to 116 in less than 8 months, especially after making my schedule harder. As a premed, I want to make healthy life decisions and disciplined habits now before the going gets tough(er) in medical school. Also, it's the first time in my life I'm not involved in a high-level competitive sport (which allowed me to eat nearly anything/everything I wanted growing up).
I know I may be different from many people on here, but I still hope to find a supportive community so we can help reach our goals together.
