Help with motivation

I am in a funk and need some helpful advice on coming back after a week of parties and junk!

Eh...I think that different things work for different people. Just to throw a few things out there:
Bribe yourself until it becomes automatic.
Make a very specific plan and follow it.
Pre-track exercise.
Pre-track and PRE-PREP a week of food.
Set daily and weekly goals, as well as ones that are longer range. I really like the "just for today" thread on the motivation board. Posting there helps me a lot.
