Insanity and NROL4W??

Right now i am on my 2nd week of Insanity I have the NROL4W book and i was thinking about starting that up also. My question is would that be too much to do both programs? I dont want to overdo myself but i would like to start NROL as soon as i can since its a 6 month program but i dont want to stop doing insanity. Do you guys think doing both would be ok as long as i keep eating enough to refuel myself (I am currently eating 2,115 cals a day)

    Just make sure to listen to your body. Typically, you would want to do weight lifting before cardio for safety reasons (losing form or dropping something while lifting can easily get you hurt), but insanity is also very demanding and requires good form to prevent injuries. If you think you can handle it, go for it, but if you find that you are too tired to maintain form during both exercises, I would consider scaling back again. As long as you are safe and get enough food, there should be no issue.
