I am a female weighing around 160lbs and am wanting to lose about 30lbs. I always end up losing motivation and go to eating unhealthy foods then blame myself after. This has been a continous cycle for me and I'm now willing to stop it and go full on healthy. But I need help! I need someone to push me to encourage me and motivate me. And I assure you I will do that for you as well! Let's do this together! FOR REAL.

My biggest challenge in the past was doing GREAT for a week, having one bad day, deciding that it's all pointless and the bad day turned into months. I've finally stopped that vicious cycle. My bounce back game is SO strong these days! Good luck with your goals!1
