Hello all,
I have been using MFP for a a little over a year and have lost about 54 lbs but am now stuck. Every pound lost is taking weeks. I do cardio daily and just stepped up my strength routine. I started at a little over 231 and am now down to 177. Suggestions?

Have patience? You are still losing and every pound is a victory.
Are you using a food scale to weigh all solids? It might help to tighten up your logging and get as accurate as you can.

More information would be helpful. Have you decreased your calorie goal as you have lost weight. Sex, height, age, activity level, how long have you been lifting, and probably more? All those things may be part of the answer. For that matter, how you measure your portions, and whether the database entries you are using are accurate may be part of it too.0
