Skin...diet...breakouts

I have always noticed that when I eat more "bro" style foods (chicken breast, non starchy veg, whole grains, berries for fruit only) that I break out a lot less. anytime i try to have more fun foods like macro friendly protein bars, ice cream, bananas, I break out. I did acccutane years ago as a teen and it cleared up my horrible acne, but I notice whenever I don't stick to mostly natural foods, I definitely break out. I feel better eating better but also wonder if anyone else notices this? Wondering if it's just "sugar" causing my skin to break out or if there's more to it...like quest bars have artificial sweeteners. I do drink wine and use stevia and it still has been a lot clearer lately with eating better. my family noticed too so it's not just in my head. Sorry this may not belong in weight loss I just noticed although that is what I am aiming for ;)
