Hi

Im in maintenence at the moment but im interested in overhauling my eating.

Id like to cut down on carby snacks. I get hungry constantly throughout the day starting at breakfast. Im in work 10 hours desk job. I have a small appetite and so my meals are tiny but with tonnes of snacks. Id like to increase my meal size but eat over a few sittings.

Im looking for suggestions particularly for breakfast to increase fat as carby breakfasts leave me ravenous - but im picky. I dont like cooking with oil or greasy feeling things. I dont like oil on veg, not overly keen on cheese, hate fish , only like tiny portions of nuts, hate peanut butter. So far ive got eggs, greek yoghurt, nuts/ almond butter, meat (various) and avocado on the list.

Diary is closed as im having some menstrual issues and have private notes in it.

I love adding coconut manna to yogurt or smoothies. You can find it at most health or whole foods stores. It's very tasty and has the consistency of real peanut butter verses coconut oil.

whole milk yogurt smoothie with nuts and cherries for breakfast. As you've noticed, eating breads and other refined carbs and sugars can make you hungrier. They make me hungrier.

Cut an avocado in half remove pit and scoop out enough to make room for an egg. Crack egg into avo bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper then bake for 15min at 400.

I've been tossing a couple tablespoons of avocado into my salads to bulk it up a bit.
