Starting fresh, need motivation

Hi I'm Lauren,

I'm 19, and I'm so determined to lose some weight but most of all get fit and toned. I lack the motivation to continue for consecutive days, and I find myself getting so hungry when I eat healthily! I'm just looking for some fitness friends that can help motivate me and give some advice!

    In the same shoes :) I think the trick is to slowly change stuff over from unhealthy to healthy :) slow gradual change to your diet will probably improve your diet for a longer period of time

    Ditto. I try to be super healthy, get really hungry and then binge on crap!
