How do you connect fitbit to myfitnesspal

Hello,
I'm trying to figure out how to connect my fitbit to myfitnesspal. I went to apps and installed fitbit and hit allow. I'm not sure what I do next to get it to show up on my acct.

    It takes a few moments to sync. If it showing connected they are connected.
