Surprisingly nutritious treats

I've never paid much attention to my evening hot chocolate - just pleased it's low cal and tasty. I actually looked at the nutritional info last night and realised its over 3g protein per serv (not a lot I know but I need all the extra I can get and was surprised it had any!)
Has anyone else been surprised by treats being more nutritious than they expected?

The Latte Freeze at the Costco food court. 240 cals isn't exactly low cal, but the 14g of protein helps me wedge one into my macros a bit easier when the mood strikes.1

A serving of my new favorite Beanitos Hint of Lime chips has 7 grams of protein and about 140 calories.1

Cheese. I never looked at nutrition.
Lucky you. Anything with chocolate at night (caffeine) will keep me awake. Oh, how I would love to drink hot chocolate at night.0 -

I've always loved popcorn but had no idea how much fiber was actually in it. And I second cheese. Anything with that much protein and that tastes SO GOOD is a win.1
